Designing

Can i use only the fonts that appear on the site?

No, when creating the design you may inform us of the font you wish to use, even if it is not listed in the existing fonts. You may also send us a font file (.ttf) with an email, in case we don't have it and inform us about it.

I want to use a sign with white background. Can you edit the sign/image for me?

Of course! You may inform us of the form you wish your design to have and we will transform it into that form. We can also give you tips on the file types you can upload and how to make each design appear in the best way on the t-shirt..

If you upload .png or .gif files with transparent background, they will be displayed with the transparent background on the designer application. .jpg files do not support transparent background, however we can edit and remove white background where applicable.

I follow the procedure correctly, but the design can't be displayed on the t-shirt. Text is displayed without problem.

The design is not working:

  • when the file you uploaded contains illegal characters in it's name.
  • when the file is not .jpg, .gif, .png (only these 3 file types are supported for the time being)
  • when the file you uploaded contains spaces in it's name (eg. My picture .jpg)

Please check if one of the above is the case and if you still can't upload a design, get in touch with us.

Can i put a design anywhere (on the sleves, on the sides, etc)

Of course you can. Simply, if you can not place it where you like through the design application, you will have to email the design to us.

Your order

How long does it take until i get my order?

The products you have ordered will be shipped, usually, within 5 weekdays since the order has been placed and if:

  • the shipping address is complete and accurate
  • we have confirmed your order by telephone (in some cases)

We use a variety of delivery services, through ACS and TNT courier companies for orders inside Greece. Delivery time could increase by 2 days in case of some islands and distant areas.

Technical problems with your order

Ordering through teezy.eu should not be a problem with most browsers (eg Mozilla, Internet Explorer, Opera).

If you have technical problems, please inform us, via email, with the details including information about the browser you use and we will try to fix the problem the faster possible.

I want to created different designs in one order. Is that possible?

Of course it is possible. Please check relative help pages.

What if confirmation of order is not received?

Since your order has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email. This email is being send the moments after an order is completed.

In case you didn't receive that email, probably there is a technical problem or an error in your email address. If this is the case, please contact us by email at service@teezy.eu.

How will i know when to be in the house/office in order to receive my order?

All orders within Greece are shipped through ACS and TNT courier services. Usually delivery takes time in morning hours. If the courier does not find you in the address you have declared, they will try to contact you by telephone. If you wish delivery to take place at a certain time, please contact us.

Can i send a t-shirt as a gift?

Of course, you can order everything that you wish using your account, and then enter a different shipping address. In this way, the order will be sent to the person you wish.

Can i view the status of my order?

If you have completed an order, you can check it's status through your account page.

Cost

Is the price of a t-shirt related to it's size?

No the price is irrelevant to the size of the t-shirt. Prices however are differentiated based on:

  • the type of t-shirt
  • the design in case you used your own ( the application calculates automatically the total cost and shows it accordingly to the items you have added)

Returns

Returns are not acceptable and money already send are not returned, except for the case we have made an error in the implementation of the order.

You haven't received your merchandises yet?

Since your order has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email.

If, for any reason, you think that your order is not processed as it should be, because you didn't receive the confirmation email yet, please contact us by email at service@teezy.eu or by telephone at +30 26510 77715.

If you do not receive your merchandise within the expected time, we ask you to inform us within 3 weeks from the date of your order.

Payment

Payment methods

You may pay using a variety of methods such as:

  • cash on delivery
  • credit card
  • bank deposit
  • paypal

Relative information can be found on the payment page, when choosing payment method.

In case of mass orders an advance payment of 30% to 100% is required for the order to proceed.

Taxes on sales

Taxes on sales are debited in your order. All of our shipments are accompanied by the corresponding receipts.

If you wish an invoice to be published, please choose the relative option during the order procedure and fill the details required for the invoice.

How I can use the discount voucher that I have?

You can use the voucher that you have during the second step of your order. Under the total cost of shopping cart, exists a field in order to you enter your voucher number. If the number is valid, the sum will be removed from the total of the cart.

Privacy data

What kind of personal information does teezy.eu store;

All details needed for transactions are stored and distributed if necessary to our associates, in order to carry out your order.

All personal data are stored in complete confidence.

We use the personal information you give us - as the address of your house and email - only in order to:

  • ship your order
  • get in touch with you in case we need a confirmation or clarification on your order
  • keep you posted on your order
  • keep you posted on our news and offers

Security

Is the website secure?

In order to fully protect it's customers, the website does not store the information of your credit card.

The website is build using the most advanced technologies, to ensure the security of it's data.

Additional SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption has been installed to protect your private information from unauthorized use.

Shops

Can i edit a product i have uploaded? Price, name, logo. Because i can't find that option.

Price and name can be edited. Go to your account >>> shops >>> products and choose on the left display, show on list. Double click on name or price and edit data.

You can't change a logo. In that case just delete the product and create a new one.
